We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number
• email address
• credit/debit card details

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should contact us.

If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your purchase please let us know. We want all our customers to be completely delighted with their purchase. Our reputation relies on it. Please note that you must notify us immediately on receipt of any problems (please inform the driver if possible) that you have found with our products.

For orders made from the UK, VAT is included. Customers within the EU will not be charged VAT on condition that their VAT number is supplied prior to despatch to their designated shipper. If the customer does not have a VAT number and resides within the EU then VAT will be charged. Orders received from all other locations are VAT free, and this will be deducted from the transaction at time of payment/despatch.

You will normally receive your order within 14 working days (UK mainland only, please allow an additional 14 days to other destinations). All orders are shipped by dedicated furniture carrier, or ourselves. We will contact you if for any reason there is a delay in shipping your purchase, to ask you if you would like to cancel the order or wait for the estimated time which we will give you. We are happy to despatch goods for shipping overseas to your designated shipper if it is not within our current delivery area. We can advise you on this once you have placed your order. If the shipping is more than you would like to pay we will accept a cancellation of the order. We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland, France, Spain, Northern Italy & Belgium.

All our prices exclude shipping and handling. All orders (less than £1000) are sent at a single cost plus a nominal amount per item thereafter. Our standard rates apply on the British mainland, and exclude the Scottish Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland and other European addresses. We regret that our carriers are able to deliver to the door only, and are not insured for moving furniture in and around your home. This type of service enables us to deliver furniture to you at economic rates. Our delivery charges:

• England and Wales, Scotland (except Highlands, Islands and AB postcodes) £50 for the first item and £15 for subsequent items - free on orders over £1000
• Scottish Highlands and AB postcodes £75 for the first item, and £15 for subsequent items
• Scottish Islands - please ask for a quote
• Northern and Southern Ireland - please ask for a quote
• France, Spain, Northern Italy and Belgium - please ask for a quote
